Joe Billesberger - Owner/Manager
Joe started B&S Construction in 2007 with his Grandfather. Joe now operates B&S in Estevan, Sk, and in Charlottetown, PEI as well as Prairie Sky Kitchens in Estevan.
With many years of experience in residential and commercial construction, B&S is able to offer our expertise in the full construction experience.
Brendon Warner - Estimator/Architectural Tech.
Brendon was born, raised, and educated in Saskatchewan. After completing the Architectural Technologies course at SIAST, he started drafting for a home builder in Regina. Brendon has over 7 years of residential drafting experience. He started with B&S Construction in 2020 as an Estimator.
Carlos Santos - PEI Owner/Manager
Carlos is the Manager of B&S in PEI.
Carlos was born on the island of St. Miguel on the shores of Portugal.
Getting a start in construction out of high school in Portugal. He has worked in Toronto, Saskatchewan and now PEI, gaining many different construction experiences and methods
